The Baldwin Group offers a full range of scheduling services – from project conception and design through substantial completion and the grand opening.  TBG also offers a full range of litigation support and construction claims services.

 

George Nathan – President

 

Over the last 35 years, George has served as an Owner’s Representative, Commercial Real Estate Developer, Real Estate Asset Manager, Construction Manager and Construction Scheduler. 

 

Since 1997, his main focus, and TBG’s, has been Construction Scheduling.
George has actively participated in projects with value exceeding $4.4 Billion.  He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering – Cooperative Plan and Georgia State University with a Master of Business Administration – Finance.

 

Ted Nathan – Associate

Ted joined TBG in 2008 after a career in information systems.  He did course work at the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Business / Information Systems.
